Vision and Mission

Vision: To reduce the harmful effects of natural, climate-induced and man-made disasters to the tolerable level of the population; However, priority should be given to the poor and needy in this work.

Mission: To transform from traditional disaster response and relief activities to disaster management to holistic risk reduction activities so that the loss of life and property is at a tolerable level for the population.
